Hi! I’m Isabel, the face behind Isabel Sin Photography. I’m a Woodbury-based photographer, a professional memory-catcher, and—most importantly—a mom to two energetic kids and two very vocal Beagles.

Why I Do What I Do

If you’ve ever tried to get two toddlers and two hounds to sit still for a photo, you know my life! But in that beautiful, messy chaos, I’ve learned something vital: the most "imperfect" moments are often the most magical. Whether I’m photographing a high school senior ready to change the world or a family celebrating a first birthday, I understand that these aren't just "pictures." They are the magic of right now frozen in time. As a mom, I know how fast the days go, and I am obsessed with creating vibrant but timeless portraits that will let you relive these memories for a very long time.

Summers in the Wild

When the Minnesota winter finally breaks, you’ll rarely find us indoors. My summers are spent hiking, camping, and exploring the wild with my kids and pups in tow. From weekend trips into the woods to discovering hidden trails right here in the Twin Cities, my love for the outdoors is what drives my photography. I believe the best backdrops aren’t in a studio—they’re found in the tall grass, under old oak trees, and along the shores of our local lakes.

Beagle Mama: I’m fluent in "Beagle howl" and have mastered the art of the 5-second window for the perfect family photo.

Aurora Chaser: You don't have to drive to the Arctic for a show! I love the thrill of local Aurora chasing. I’m known to keep a camera bag packed and an eye on the solar alerts, ready to catch the Northern Lights dancing over our own Minnesota horizons.

Outdoor Advocate: I’m a firm believer that kids (and photographers) are happiest when they have dirt on their boots and a story to tell.
